X-Men Haters

Am I the only one who genuinely can’t look at a X-Men post from outside the fandom that just always has the worst take on X-Men? Like I saw recently a video talking about if Captain America was predjudiced against mutants, and the comment section is literally so goddamn tone-deaf. You got people with zero media literacy who’ve never understood what the X-Men represent, and then you got people genuinely hateful against them to a ridicolus degree, calling them evil, racist against humans and genuinely terrible.

Like I really don’t get it, why do the X-Men get such a bad rep from other comic fans, even though too me the X-Men are the most sympathetic heroes, and the most interesting. Oh yeah they hate all the mutants, with the exception of Wolverine of course.
