Need help with server wipes

So recently I decided to play om again And I struggle so much with killing everyone Like I can even hit one without a stun that leads to me being stun stacked by knuckles and sonic It's either I risk targeting specific survivor only for every other survivor to stun me and escape or going ham on everyone only to get stun stacked and lose the chase Any tip please? Note: (also if it's possible can someone recommend me a touch layout for me since I can't find the suitable one and yeah my controller is broken rn)
