I feel like this game has boosted me

I feel like this game has boosted me to a rank higher than my current skill level. I’ve played since S0, but only started playing legitimately this past week. I climbed all the way from B0 to D1, and yet I only understand a little bit of the game. I don't even know counters or what callouts like 'peel' mean. Instead of being in Elo hell, I feel like I am in Elo heaven. I mean, I only play support, so that is probably one of the reasons why.

How can I quickly learn the macro game, essential callouts, and counters so I don't ruin my teammates' games at this rank? Any guide or channel recommendations would be amazing.
