Help Me Find the Anime

So basically when i was scrolling through instagram.I came across an clip of an anime that i really enjoyed watching and when i tapped save my phone glitched and my ig tab that i was watching that clip on got removed

And I hope if anyone sees this they help me find the Anime

So Here's what i Remember from that Clip -

High School Girl and boy probably

The boy is near the window holding an hairclip or something of an girl ( the girl has White Hair Btw )

And the weather is Stormy and Windy

So the boy is basically teasing that he'll throw the hair clip away

But the window blows it out of the window and it gets lost

The white haired girl cries and leaves the classroom running away

And after that an girl/classmate of the boy tells him that the hairclip/hairloom was probably given to her by her grandmother and it was important or something

So feeling guilty the boy goes out to search despite the windy weather and he searches for long and during that time his friends comes and say - Are you still searching the clip ? To which he replied - No I'm searching my phone that i lost ( obviously lying )

The scene later shifts to him finding the clip and returning it to her apologizing and also gifting her an new clip as the old one got dirty

And from there on i forgot what happened

So please help me find the Anime via your replies

( And sorry for the bad English or grammar as English isn't my first language and I'm still learning it )

Thankyou
