EY SAP Hiring Process no response

I applied for an SAP role at EY GDS through their career website around two weeks ago, but I haven't received any update yet—not even an acknowledgment

For those who have gone through the EY GDS hiring process, is a 2 week wait normal? Would it be better to withdraw my application and try connecting directly with a recruiter, or should I just continue waiting?

Would appreciate hearing about your experience, especially for SAP FICO consulting roles. Thanks!
