Why do I bleed when I pin?

Just a tiny drop of blood when the needle is pulled out and it stops. But this happens to me more often than not. I usually can tell right away once I poke if it’s going to bleed based on if it hurts more going in. Does this happen to anyone else and is it normal? I am injecting subQ.
