Deceptors, cabal of chaos list. Is it viable?

I know in incursion you have 2dp not 3 but both me and my opponent agreed it was fine as we mainly want to test 11th editions detachments. They are playing tyranids.

My models include

1x Chosen 5 models

2x Cultists 10 models

2x Legionares 5 models

1x heretic astartes deamon prince with wings

1x master of possessions (attached to possesed)
