Quick help with graphics settings

Hello there. This is my first proper fps on my PC

Specs

cpu i9-12900k

gpu rx 7900 xtx nitro+

monitor oddysey g9

I don't play at 5120×1440 cause it's TOO much information for my taste so I play on windowed 2560x1440

I need the best set up on the graphics department for responsiveness and visual clarity (sometime it's hard to see my opponents especially on bigger maps like the new bazaar)

I would also like to know about the advanced options since I really don't know what am I doing with anti-aliasing and upscaling technique. When I have it on at TAA (of frs without upscaling its too bright) I get 120-140 fps. When I have it like that and with frame generation on, my CPU bottlenecks and I get way higher fps on GPU and when I turn it off and have upscaling on, frames go to 220-300 on both depending the map.
