Need help finding a wholistic landscaping arborist type job!

to give context, i have been a landscaper for two months and i have outdoor hobbies and want to live a simpler and more wholistic lifestyle so i thought id pick up landscaping. i have found it to quickly be very time consuming and the work life balance is horrible. my coworkers are jerks and i feel stuck already. i would be willing to relocate to a new place of work if anyone knows of where i can work. i want to cut grass trim bushes and trees and even maybe spray the yards. i just dont want to be over worked and have to be lifting all day long.
