my right testicle is hurting

hey all, hoping to get some advice.

I have been having a dull aching sensation in my right testicle for about 4 days now. At first it was not super debilitating, but last night I could barely sleep because of it.

When I feel around, it feels like my caput epididymis is larger/harder on the affected testicle than on the other side. My testicle also feels like it’s being pulled up, and I can tell that my cremaster is working overtime and I can’t seem to relax it.

For context, I just started a new job and am training out of the country. It is extremely warm where I am working, and there is limited AC so I am pretty much hot all day and have not been getting the best sleep. I am feeling pretty exhausted between work and the heat, and now this is making things worse.

Because I am out of the country right now I don’t really have a urologist that I can see on short notice. I know that would be the correct thing to do rather than coming here first, but alas here I am.

Has anyone experienced similar symptoms, and if so, was there a solution to alleviate the symptoms? I have been taking ibuprofen and trying to do pelvic floor stretches as those seem to provide some temporary relief. I don’t know what to do because I won’t return back home for another 3 weeks at which point I can see a urologist. It is making it very hard to function because it’s all I can focus on all day.
