Harrisons 22nd Edition Mumbai based dealer

Hi, so few days back i got an advertisement from so called Printing Shop in Mumbai - Amar Printers and Enterprises. They sell photocopied version of Harrisons 22nd edition - spiral binded into 7-8 parts for 8k rupees. The point of contact in whatsapp seems genuine, he showed photos of how the pages will look etc. Mentioned about quality of paper and shipping. He was giving discount on orders of 3 or more books - they have mentioned free shipping but want half the amount as payment in advance before starting printing.

Apprehensive as to whether its genuine or a scam.

Can anyone from mumbai based colleges confirm?
