Has anyone built AI agents for link building outreach?

Curious if anyone here has built an AI agent for SEO link building outreach.

I’m talking about a workflow where agents can:
- find relevant prospects
- score sites for relevance and quality
- draft personalized outreach emails
- track replies and follow-ups
- keep a human in the loop before anything goes out

I’m especially interested in anything that works for backlink outreach, not general sales outreach.
