**BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT:**

Trump’s direct control of the Fed, SEC and FTC are the final 3 ingredients needed to launch a digital US dollar, moving every American to a mandatory digital dollar system with buying and selling of your money controlled by Trump: something he already signed into law under the GENIUS Act on July 18, 2025.

These are the agencies required to make the change to a digital US Dollar. Trump’s direct control of these agencies is currently before the Supreme Court over the next 3 weeks, meaning if Trump wins this case every one of them answers directly to the White House:

**Federal Reserve** \- Create, issue, settle, and manage the digital dollar infrastructure.
✅ **U.S. Treasury** **(Trump & Scott Bessent control)**\- Coordinate federal payments, tax collection, benefit distribution, and regulatory policy.
**SEC** \- Clarify treatment of digital assets and ensure securities markets integrate with the new system.
**FTC** \- Address consumer protection issues, fraud, and unfair business practices.
**FCC** \- Assist with communications standards and network related aspects, though its role would be relatively limited.
✅ **Congress (Republicans currently control) -** The Constitution gives Congress authority over coinage and monetary matters. A true nationwide digital US Dollar would require congressional authorization, appropriations, and statutory changes.

**BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT:**

FIRING INDEPENDENT AGENCY MEMBERS

The Federal Reserve.
The Federal Trade Commission.
The Federal Communications Commission.
The Securities and Exchange Commission.
The National Labor Relations Board.

Every agency designed to operate independently of political pressure. If Trump wins this case every one of them answers directly to the White House.

Your savings.
Your consumer protections.
Your worker rights.
Your media regulations.

All of them. Under direct presidential control.

MAIL IN BALLOTS

The Supreme Court will rule on mail in ballots before the midterm elections. We just reported Trump calling California elections rigged because mail in ballots took time to count.

We reported the SAVE Act making it harder to register to vote.

Now the Supreme Court is deciding the rules for mail in ballots themselves.

Four months before the midterms.

WHAT THE POLITICAL CONTRACTS BEHIND THIS TELL YOU

Connect every story we have told you this week. The SAVE Act making it harder to register to vote. Trump calling California results rigged with no evidence. The DOJ investigating elections based on social media posts. The 70 billion dollar immigration bill passed at 5 AM. 8000 federal workers who oversee accountability fired. The Pentagon classified press office. Universities told what to teach. 180 religions erased from military records.

And now eight Supreme Court cases dropping in the next three weeks including mail in ballot rules and voting rights protections.

Four months before the midterms.

This is not a series of unconnected political events. This is the most coordinated reshaping of American democracy in a generation. And it is happening right now. In plain sight. While most people are watching basketball.
