What is that perfume smell that almost all men use here in Madrid or maybe even the whole Spain

I kinda dig it but I don't know what it is, it kinda has similar scent with Carolina Herrera 212 Men. You guys know what it is? it literally is the same perfume almost all the dudes that pass by.
