Starting 2nd Build - Need suggestions

Hey all,

I am a bit behind when it comes to learning new builds, so a dedicated guide, step by step is something I am looking for.I am thinking to start my 2nd build (budget is around 100-120d) I am stuck between

- oracle grim pillar totems - Palsteron

- Abyssal lich plants - Deadrabbit
