Guidance on C5 Dehya

So my wife doesn't have any good pyro DPS. She has Diluc, Pyro MC, and like a C0 Gaming. For some reason, every time she loses a 50/50 she gets a Dehya. She's now at C5 Dehya because she lost to Dehya on Mavuikas banner.

I'm curious how viable C5 Dehya is and how she compares to other pyro characters on field? My wife is skeptical on if she wants Mavuika enough to keep pulling on her banner.

What teams would be good for C5 Dehya as the on field DPS? Or is her on field DPS locked behind C6? How should she be built? She has very few claymore weapons, so guidance there would be helpful too.

As 5* characters she has:

Furina, Nicole, Columbina, Ineffa, Flins, Nahida, Skirk, Escoffier, Zhongli

As 4* characters she has: C6 Xingqiu, C6 Fischl, C6 Xiangling, C6 Dahlia, C4 Bennett. Of course she has other 4*s but I think I listed all of the characters that might have some use...

Curious what your recommendations would be.

Thanks!
