ISA transfer out delays

Is anyone else experiencing ISA transfer out delays? Mine is cash in a S&S ISA moving to Invest Engine. T212 are saying they’ve heard nothing but InvestEngine are saying they will send out a chaser shortly. Very odd, as a previous transfer was very quick (24 hours).

I notice posts on MSE complaining of delays but theirs seem to be Cash ISA related so unsure if that would be a different team dealing with it.
