Pharmacy orders

Does anyone know if when you accept a pharmacy and shopping order if there’s a way to do the shopping first and get the pharmacy at the end? Pharmacy orders I always have to wait 15 minutes before I can pick up, it would seem more efficient if I could shop the stuff that goes with it then grab the pharmacy order on the way out.
