History of ed affecting my credibility?

Hi guys, recovering anorexic here, not currently diagnosed with gastropaerisis but 99% sure it’s what i’ve been experiencing. Severe weight loss over the past 3 months and a sudden inability to tolerate most foods , nausea immediately upon eating (constant tbh whether I eat or not), and debilitating stomach issues/ constipation/diarrhoea.

I have been in active recovery for 3 years and was weight restored prior to 3 months ago when I dropped 20lbs down to my PRE-admission weight. I’ve brought up gastropaerisis to my drs but they keep checking for bacterial infections/stomach bugs and seem to heavily focus my past eating disorder in their questioning, almost like they believe I am intentionally restricting to lose weight, not desperately trying to keep it on while unable to consume anything. Drs keep dismissing my physical complaints, have essentially just treated it as anorexia and told me to try harder with food. I’m losing my mind out here and I don’t know how much more weight I can stand to lose. My BMI is clinically dangerous, but they just keep giving me anti-sickness tablets and checking my blood tests for bacteria (?) or something. Nobody seems to understand that I want to eat, I’m just in crippling pain all day long and suffer after even small bites. Advice would be so appreciated.
