I live in a communal housing scheme and one of my housemates just coughs into the air without covering her mouth constantly. I'm worried about diseases and such. She's mentally disabled and I struggle to communicate with her at all, what should I do?

I have auditory processing disorder so I struggle to understand most people, but in particular I need her to repeat sentences around 3 times for me to understand, and I still usually miss a lot of words even when trying my absolute hardest to understand. I don't have any particular evidence but I think the communication issue might be both ways as when we talk it seems like she has trouble understanding me, too. I just get the feeling.
