News about Europe taxi free shipping Lines?

Hi, from what I remember few weeks/months ago several tax free shipping Lines to Europe were removed and as of right now there are DHL ones and few more...

Are there news regarding these lines coming back? Are there possibilities for new lines to arrive? Thanks in Advance for the answer
