First time playing Beta, here's a little town im working on! (v1.7.3)

I built my first base here so I'm trying to make the area more lively, I've had this world for like 3 days and its coming along well. It's supposed to be a little mining town but I have a lot more work to do, the gravel road stretches to spawn too. :)
