offer revoked

i’m a grade 12 who got accepted into the biomedical science program at TMU and I’m just worried because I haven’t been doing the best in my chemistry class and I’m currently not meeting the condition so I’m deciding to take physics instead for summer school and do better than that and meet the condition but I’m scared that my extension won’t get approved and I’m gonna be waitlisted and get my offer revoked
