ISO: Intimate Venue under $1k

Hi all, i'm helping my couple find a venue/location that will allow them to get have a ceremony and vows on 8/29. 1 hour max. It's just the two of them. No guests.

We know there is central park, but somewhere inside with a retro and vintage vibe is preferable. Originally, we were going to go to Sure Thing Chapel but their dates start in September. Which is a bummer.
