I 16M can't talk to my gf on call and real life

I have a really loving gf. We are in different streams in the same school. 5 months into the relationship, we've never talked face to face with each other. She always says that we should talk but I'm too shy to talk to her. Even when we talk on calls I freeze, I start talking like a robot 💔💔. But when we talk ache se in chats. The thing is kab tak aise chats me baatein karte rahenge. I'm not a shy guy but when it comes to my gf mujhe sharam aati hai usse baat karne me 😭😭. How can I overcome this??
