DHEA + estrogen?

Hey guys, it’s me again! After complaining to my Obgyn for years regarding things like rage/crying mood swings, irregular cycles, low testosterone reading, etc and getting zero help, I’ve taken things into my own hands. I started taking DHEA 3 weeks ago (stared with 5 mg, cut down to 2.5) and holy crap I feel like a different person. So much more energy, mental sharpness, libido, and control over my emotions. I know this is still super new but god I hope it lasts.

My question is if I should consider adding in estrogen cream as well? I know DHEA is weird because it can convert to T and/or E and obviously I don’t want to have too much E. I already have the mirena iud for progesterone. Thanks for your advice!
