Recommend Universitys for Humanities for International Students from America

I'm a College student In America, I'm currently finishing my Associates degree in general education and I'm looking for an affordable University that will shine on a resume for an International Business or Anthropology career later on.

I know that by all means any university in China will be affordable but I know my choices slim down if I want to keep my Associates degree. If a program is good enough I'm willing to restart my degree. But I would like to transfer my current education.

As well as any advice on life in China pros and cons. I've looked into different schools but I want real opinions on what they're like while actually attending.
