Tank for pugs and limited time, returning player

I don’t have much time to play these days (have an infant) so I want to maximize my time. I’ve tanked in previous expansions but coming back now want to be able to hop on and pug keys. I’m looking to focus on a single character and not swap fotm. What tank do you all recommend?
