got condylomata removal earlier

im a transwoman 32. I just found out last week that I have condylomata on my anus (inside) and got an operation earlier. i'm in so much pain right now after the anesthesia wore off. I have questions to people who had the same operation because I wasnt able to ask my doctor every earlier because I just woke up from the operation when he visited me.
- do you remember how long will i be in pain? chatgpt said it might take 2-3 days.
- is it ok to just sit down?
- apart from paracetamol and ibuprofen, what other pain relievers are you using?
- they put on tampons on my anus (funny to experience tampons for the first time as a pre-op transwoman), I'm not sure if I can remove it now since its 6hrs already since my operation.
- I'm worried about pooping since the doctor said i got some stitches inside and I'm an everyday pooper.
- other than metamucil, what other fiber rich meal did you eat?
- is there a way to prevent from getting it again?
