I feel like my heart is forever broken

I just wish I had more friends that understood the pain I am in. People that can really understand how alone it feels to be in a marriage where the other person dramatically changes and there’s nothing anymore. I have been stuck in a state of grief for so long and I don’t even know how to have all the words to make anyone else understand. Just lost heartbroken I’m a 50 f wife.
