Parents want to create a company under my name

My parent's company is facing some legal issues and had their accounts frozen. They want to create a company under my name to make a business bank account to continue operations. I asked why they don't do it themselves and they said they are limited to one account under each SSN? I questioned the legality of this and they said their lawyer advised them to do this. I want to help my parents but I don't want to get into legal trouble.
