Eligibility- Review Required

Hello everyone I’m a CEC Outland applicant.
My AOR is January 29, I called IRCC today and was informed my eligibility has finally started and is review required. Now I’m panicking even more.
Please have anyone ever gotten review required and finally got their PR? I’m wondering if every file goes through this.
I’m just so worried. Any insights will be helpful 🙏
