Question regarding CU for my brother who want to join CU (B.Tech in CSE)
- What types of companies usually visit the college for placements?
- What is the typical recruitment process followed by these companies?
- Is the first round usually focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), or do companies also evaluate development skills?
- If a student has strong experience in Full-Stack Development(because he is learning it), does that provide an advantage during placements?
- How difficult are the placement rounds to qualify? Are they generally challenging, or do most reasonably prepared students clear them?
- Do students take placement preparation seriously, and how actively do they prepare for interviews and coding assessments?
- I noticed that CU has hired technical trainers in addition to professors and assistant professors. How helpful are these trainers in placement preparation and skill development?
- Based on your experience, what skills should students focus on the most to maximize their placement opportunities?
