Does anyone else get now this new "Psst!" notification sound?

Now we all prob have heard about that distorted notification sound that comes up when you're minutes before your day streak ends, but now I'm hearing this new one throughout the day where a male voice whispers "Psst!". It started like 2 weeks ago. Anyone else or am I getting insane?
