Help a bro out? Need to purchase a pair of headphones under 8k!

Now, here what I need from my future headset:

1. OVER the ear. This is a must...

2. Good ergonomics and flexibility; I want it to be designed practically so its comfy enough (even for multiple hours of non-stop usage) and flexy enough to be able to twist & turn it into something carryable (idk if that's even a word).

3. No sound leakage pls 😭

4. GREAT Noise cancellation, whether active or passive: as long as it works. My current (broken) headphones are the JBL Tune 770NC and the ANC on it is practically useless...I did love the ambient aware mode though! Comes in handy at times.

5. I listen to instrumental music, no EDM, no pop, no beats (except sometimes of course when it's integrated into songs by artists i like). Nu-Metal, Rock and Roll, etc. Instruments and vocals - the golden ingredients that add up to the sum of an authentic and raw experience that is therapeutic even when loud and chaotic. I want whats best for that.

6. A built in mic with bg noise cancellation if possible because my phone is cheap and awful.

7. Bluetooth - sorry i just made you cringe 😬. Its not necessary, but it has its upsides too.

8. Removable/Replaceable aux cord (3.5mm to 3.5mm)

9. GREAT build quality. The blue outer covering on my JBLs started tearing apart and falling in small pieces very quickly, and now the plastic that holds one of the earcups in place and helps it's twist around has broken too.

Am i asking for too much? Should I increase my budget?
