[Spoilers MAIN] Could you help Young Griff win the Iron Throne?

I'm playing an TTRPG that is set right at the end of the events of the book Dance of Dragons. In the game world the players can influence the outcome of world events and the direction for the story favoured by GRRM can change depending on their actions.

My character, at the start of the game, is a commander in the Golden Company. Starting at Griffins Roost.

My question is - what would be the best way for me to help Young Griff win the game of thrones? What strategy should he employ to come out on top?
