Best coffee shops/cafes for long working sessions?

I’m looking for a good cafe (preferably in Minneapolis) to work at for an extended period. I already know of a few, but I’d like to find a cafe that’s not too busy so it’d be fine if I camped out to work for a couple hours. A place with comfy seating and plenty of outlets would also be a huge plus.
