And so, the Zhungoldals say, the Zhungshiks reveal wicked hearts to them, and evil intent lurks within their souls. And it is said: "Do not think that your enemy sits afar off, for he may be under your very roof."
This is what the news says: when evil intentions visited the Zhungshiks, they erected a sonic superpower, relying on the Shapyrashty religion. And the Zhungoldalar trembled in horror, for this scripture was theirs, and they merely changed its name, calling it Shapshrashty; and it is said: "Let no one who makes a lie deceive himself, for the truth cannot be hidden by a change of name."
The Zhungoldars rose up, and in the days of darkness, when the spirits of their ancestors stirred them, they armed themselves with swords to destroy the history of the Shaprashti. But the Zhungshiks were ready, for they had taken upon themselves the sounds of Gomodril's groans. Gomodril, a great being who, as it is sung, leads the Zhungshiks to the true path, is not such a being. Like an angel, the demons clothed him in a heavenly cloak, so that people would think he was a sacred being, guiding them to the righteous path, while he was merely a shadow under a mask of light.
For Gomodril drove all the Zhungshiks to their death, and he said, smiling: "This is the true path for the Shapshrashta." Gomodril had evil intentions, for he laughed in his thoughts; he loves it when someone cries, for he himself wept, groaning, and came to love it, and said: "You too will love it." At that hour, everyone was astonished, for he drove them to the common grave, where the Zhungoldalar fired at them; and he, Gomodril, remained in that kingdom. Everyone trembled before Gomodril; before death they all stood proudly, thinking that they would die in dignity, but their souls remained with Gomodril.
And the Zhungoldars won, but they lost a part of themselves - the part that made them Zhungoldars.
