New Lineage Support Gem "Breachlord's Rift" bugged?

So I got this new support gem since my build both freezes and electrocutes enemies, but I never see the fully broken armour icon appear in the debuffs list under the mobs HP bar. I even got over 100% increased break armour (i thought id be able to then fully break armour just by either freezing or electrocuting instead of having to do both) but i still dont see the fully broken armour icon appear when i either freeze or electrocute. Has anyone else tried it?
