Repair/Sell Reality Check Please? 2015 Hyundai Elantra

I have a 2015 Elantra GL with 90K miles (145,000 km). The car needs $2700 in repairs to pass its bi-annual safety inspection: exhaust pipe, front suspension components, brakes. In my area it would sell for $5500 if it was in good shape. Last year I spent $2K to have the dreaded Hyundai camshaft/cvvt issue repaired.

Do I keep it? Do I sell it as is?

The car was kept up well most of its life but had little upkeep (other than oil changes) the past 25K miles.
