Clicking ( Lengthening with Betzbone ) - How painful?

Hey folks, I'm planning to get femur lengthening with Betzbone but I am worried specifically about the requirement to take Oxycodone to deal with the pain of clicking ( stretching the nerves and tendons ).

Can this be done without addictive opioids like Oxy? Is Paracetamol alone enough in this case?
I know that other pain killers like ibeprufen are contraindicated because they interfere with the inflammation process necessary for bone healing
