When will Amdavadis have civic sense? Almost had an accident.

I’ve lived most of my life here in Ahmedabad, but I still haven’t seen any significant improvement in people’s civic sense.

So, I was travelling to work, and near the Naranpura crossing, I almost had an accident. A guy suddenly took a left turn without using the indicator, and I crashed hard into him. We both were travelling at around 40–50 km/h. I was literally swept across the road. Thankfully, my helmet saved my life. I got a few injuries on my knee and elbow, nothing major though, but my new jeans got torn, which is even more frustrating.

The guy just ran away. Thankfully, nothing serious happened to me, again because of helmet.

I was already frustrated a few moments earlier because a guy on an Activa spat on the road, and I barely managed to avoid it by a few feet. Instead of accepting his mistake, he started scolding me.

I’m really frustrated with this mava gang culture in Ahmedabad.
