What to do when peritoneal and colon graft both failed?

Im honestly so incredibly depressed over my SRS results

I had my first round of SRS 5 years ago with a peritoneal graft, followed by a few revsions to remove scar tissue because penetration was impossible

And 2 years ago I got my colon graft, only for it to still cause the exact same issues as before :(

Does anyone if I can even still have another graft? Or what surgery could maybe fix my issue
