511 is awful now

I ordered a sale item, which was not listed as close out. I received an email saying they were b/o and not to worry that my order would be delayed and a day or 2 later they just decided to cancel and refund me , claiming it was a closeout item, but not advertised as such!!! ...not to mention first representative just hung up on me when inquiring about my order!!! They didn't even offer a different color, which i would be willing to accept. They are just awful now, wish I knew what happened to this company? They used to be my go to.😞
