Do you let your 4 year old keep their room how they want it ?

My four year old is driving me nuts . This spring she decided to “ decorate “ her room with every item she owns . She made her own garbage can out of an old Amazon box amd she decorated it with Christmas ornaments . Every inch of her bed is covered in toys . Do I just keep her door shut ?
