Coming back and thinking about starting a new fresh character after Voc Balance

As the title says, I am planning of coming back after ~7 years but want to know what would be the best class for mainly playing solo and hopefully down the road knowing people and doing team quests/hunts. I intend on playing mainly on NA/SA so what worlds are better for this case? green or yellow?, thanks in advance.
