Poor adhesive on new pods?

I sent back 7 pods from the recent recall. The new ones they sent are the updated pods that have freestyle Libre 3 connection. The first pod I put on came off after about 15 minutes in a pool. I thought that was the reason because I haven’t been in a pool with a pod before.
I put the second pod on last night, drove to a restaurant and half of the adhesive had came off causing the cannula to come out. Put the 3rd on and it did the exact same thing in the shower.

I put one of my older pods on and it’s stuck like glue! No issues after sleeping and at work all day.

Has anyone else been experiencing this with new pods received?
