No tracking updates in over 10 days

I had an item shipped from Ajax, ON to BC on the 28th of May via CP Expedited Parcels. It was scanned as “In transit” in Toronto on the 1st of June, but there have been no further updates. It was supposed to have been delivered Monday, the ETA has since updated to today but it still hasn’t arrived.

I checked with the company I bought it from, and they said it’s normal and not to worry. But I’m starting to panic because the item is worth $1800. What are the chances my parcel is lost?
