Trying to learn Russian from scratch

Hi,

I'm a 21 years old Italian guy wanting to learn Russian, but even after watching a few tutorials on how to start I still feel lost.

Anyone who started in a similar situation and has some tips on how to start?

I would also love to have a call with someone speaking Russian if anyone wants to help me, maybe not at first but perhaps after I learn the basics.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
