RGD (Refused Guitar Day)

The saga is now over of my quest to get an Epiphone Pre-War SJ-200. I have ordered and refused three of these guitars, all three of which had the same shipping failure. The anti-humidity puck they insert into the sound hole becomes dislodged and slides around on the top of the guitar. It could easily be rectified by using a strip of yellow tape (finish friendly tape) to secure the thing in place. Buffing out the blemishes would do the trick, but this guitar has a retro style semi-gloss finish and buffing is a no-no. So no new guitar for me. The folks at Guitar Center were beyond apologetic and were more than helpful.
